PARAHOMES Design Build provides basement legalization and whole-home renovation services in the GTA and Niagara Region. All projects are governed by a separate signed project agreement that includes the full scope, fixed price, and timeline.
Free assessments are provided without obligation. Information shared during an assessment is confidential and used solely to prepare a project recommendation. PARAHOMES does not charge for assessments under any circumstances.
Projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis. Once a project agreement is signed, the quoted price is binding and will not change due to material costs, labour changes, or unforeseen conditions unless a signed change order is issued and approved by the client in writing.
PARAHOMES manages all permit applications and submissions. While we maintain a 100% first-submission approval rate, final permit approval is subject to municipal authority. PARAHOMES is not liable for municipal delays beyond our control.
